Personal Injury and Damage to Consumer Property. Supplier shall indemnify and hold End User harmless, if End User is liable to pay damages for personal injury and/or damage to consumer property caused by the Service, provided that Supplier is liable towards End User according to applicable law, including applicable law on product liability and/or tort liability. Supplier's liability for loss incurred by End User due to personal injury and/or damage to consumer property is not limited.
