Common use of Personal Performance Clause in Contracts

Personal Performance. The performance of all activities contemplated by this agreement shall be accomplished personally by the CONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR'S employees. The CONTRACTOR shall not assign or subcontract performance to others unless specifically authorized in writing by the DEPARTMENT. The DEPARTMENT shall not provide typing, photocopying, or any other personal services except as otherwise provided in writing herein.
