Personal Right. Tenant's right to lease Available Space as set forth in this Article 34 is personal to Tenant and may not be assigned, transferred or conveyed to any party, except in connection with an assignment of the Lease in its entirety to an Affiliate or Successor of Tenant (as defined in Lease Section 15.1).
