PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. The Director of Human Resources has agreed to direct all departments to notify the Union of proposed personal services contracts which are to be presented to the Civil Service Commission for approval, where such services could potentially be performed by represented classifications. Such notification shall occur no later than the date a department sends out RFPs.
