Common use of Personal Services Contracts Clause in Contracts

Personal Services Contracts. a. Departments shall notify the Union of proposed personal services contracts where such services could potentially be performed by represented classifications. At the time the City issues a Request for Proposals (“RFP”)/Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), or thirty (30) days prior to the submission of a personal services contract (“PSC”) request to the Department of Human Resources and/or the Civil Service Commission, whichever occurs first, the City shall notify the Union of any PSC(s), including a copy of the draft PSC summary form, where such services could potentially be performed by represented classifications.
