Personal Web Pages. Subscriber agrees that any personal web page or site Subscriber publishes in connection with OlyPen service is intended for personal use. While other uses (e.g. commercial) are not prohibited, they may draw sufficient third- party visits (“hits”) to the page or site so as to impose a burden on the Service by reducing available bandwidth. To ensure that all Subscribers can use and enjoy the Service, Subscriber agrees that OlyPen is entitled to suspend or terminate access to any Subscribers personal web page or site if OlyPen, in its sole discretion, determines that the page or site has, on any single day, caused an excessive traffic load. Subscriber expressly agrees that OlyPen shall not be liable to Subscriber or parties interacting with Subscriber for any damages resulting from action OlyPen takes to enforce this provision.

Personal Web Pages. AIRSTREAM may make personal web pages available as a feature of the Service as set forth in your acknowledgment package. If you subscribe to this feature the following provisions of this Section shall apply (in addition to the other provisions of this Agreement): a) AIRSTREAM may provide a listing/link to your personal web page on its AIRSTREAM service portal or other mechanisms. By subscribing to the personal web page feature, you authorize and grant AIRSTREAM the right to use your name, web site address and similar information in such listing or directory sites or applications. You may use the complete address (URL) granted to you as part of the personal web page feature (which may have names or marks of AIRSTREAM embedded therein) so long as you are obtaining the personal web page feature from AIRSTREAM hereunder, but only for the purpose of identifying the location of your personal web page on AIRSTREAM's Service. Otherwise, you shall not utilize the name or any marks of AIRSTREAM or any of its affiliates in any press releases, promotional materials or other commercial manner without the express prior written approval of AIRSTREAM in each instance. b) Ownership of all graphics, text or other information or content materials supplied or furnished by you for incorporation into or delivery through your personal web page shall remain with you (or the party which supplied such materials to you). Ownership of any software developed or modified by AIRSTREAM and all graphics, text or other information or content materials supplied or furnished by AIRSTREAM for incorporation into your personal web page, shall remain with AIRSTREAM (or the party which supplied such materials to AIRSTREAM), and may be used only while you are obtaining the personal web page feature from AIRSTREAM. The domain name and address (URL) granted to you for use with the personal web page feature shall remain the property of AIRSTREAM, shall be used by you only so long as you are obtaining the personal web page feature from AIRSTREAM hereunder, and may be subject to change by AIRSTREAM or applicable Internet domain name registry or granting authority from time to time. AIRSTREAM reserves the right to approve subscriber Uniform Resource Locator (URL's) that will be used in conjunction with an AIRSTREAM registered domain name and personal web page feature.   • Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The Financial Institution and Central 1 have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services. Links are provided for convenience only, and You assume all risk resulting from accessing or using such other websites or Third Party services.

  • PERSONAL SCOPE This Agreement shall apply to persons who are residents of one or both of the Contracting States.

  • Personal Items 15.6.1 We shall not be responsible in any way for your personal furniture, jewellery, other valuables, cash, credit cards, cheques, documents or other personal possessions unless we have been fraudulent or breached this Agreement in respect of your belongings. 15.6.2 If you wish to bring in large personal items (for example, furniture), into the Residence, you must ask the General Manager in writing before you move in. Any decision to allow personal items to be brought into, and used in, the Residence is at the discretion of the General Manager. 15.6.3 Your personal items must not constitute a fire hazard or a health and safety risk, or disturb the peaceful enjoyment of the Residence by other residents and employees.

  • NON-NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has not entered into a contract with us or any other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan. For pediatric dental care services, non-network provider is a dentist that has not entered into a contract with us or does not participate in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by PNG under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by PNG as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by PNG for other purposes (including, but not limited to, PNG’s own use) must be purchased by PNG pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 PNG shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by PNG to comply with this Section 2.2, PNG shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of PNG Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. PNG shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from PNG’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm PNG’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 PNG shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 PNG shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to PNG Customers.
