Common use of Personal Well Being Clause in Contracts

Personal Well Being. The Student hereby warrants that they: a. Are physically fit and capable of participating in SEA Teacher Project Batch in Universitas Jambi and in host university without undue risk; b. Are responsible to take the necessary precautions to avoid or get involved in incident that could cause loss, damage, or injury to my own person or that of others; c. Pledge to strictly observe the rules of Universitas Jambi, host university, and the placement school on security and confidentiality of information and other regulations that might be implemented; d. Have properly informed their parents or guardians over the nature of their participation in SEA Teacher Project Batch in Universitas Jambi and in Host University and have secured their consent for their participation in the program.
