Personnel Minimum Qualification Requirements. 1) Journeyman - This person shall be licensed by the State of Florida and have any other license necessary to perform work under this contract. The Journeyman shall be able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot problems throughout the job. 2) Laborer (Helper) - Helpers providing services under this contract shall have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the plumbing trade. The role of a laborer shall be to provide assistance by performing work which does not require licensure or any specialized certification in the State of Florida. Work assigned to laborer may include but is not limited to measuring, cutting and bending of pipes using measuring instruments and hand tools, and job site clean-up. Helper shall not be the lead for any work performed under this contract or left on-site unsupervised. The Contractor shall maintain this list for the life of the contract and provide any changes to personnel employments status to the County within twenty-four (24) hours of any revisions, additions, and deletions. The Contractor shall submit an updated employee list and copies of licenses annually prior to contract renewal.
Personnel Minimum Qualification Requirements. 1) HVAC Technician – Technicians shall be skilled and have a minimum of five (5) years’ experienced with HVAC services as outlined in this Scope and have any necessary licenses or certifications required to do the type of work assigned to performed under this contract. HVAC Technicians are individually licensed or work under the guidance and auspices of the licensed Commercial HVAC Contractor as allowed in the State of Florida.

  • Notification Requirements 1. If the Family Leave is foreseeable, the employee must provide the agency/department with thirty (30) calendar days notice of his or her intent to take Family Leave. 2.   • General Education Requirements Students who intend to transfer to SUNY Buffalo State College with an A.A. or A.S. degree, will be considered as having fulfilled general education/Intellectual Foundations as long as they complete the 30 credits and 7 of 10 areas of SUNY-GER requirements prior to the start of their studies at SUNY Buffalo State College. Students should have successfully completed the SUNY-GER Basic Communication requirement with a grade of “C” or better, the mathematics requirement, and 5 of the remaining 8 categories. The student is responsible for fulfilling the SUNY Buffalo State College Diversity requirement.

  • Food Service Waste Reduction Requirements Contractor shall comply with the Food Service Waste Reduction Ordinance, as set forth in San Francisco Environment Code Chapter 16, including but not limited to the remedies for noncompliance provided therein.
