Pet Control. No person shall bring domestic pets to Graham Park unless they are confined on a leash not exceeding 6 feet long. Exceptions:
1) However, service animals on a leash are permitted with their owners in all areas of Graham Park so long as they are not causing a disturbance to persons or other animals in the vicinity.
2) In addition, this restriction shall not apply during permitted events inside enclosed structures such as dog shows.
3) In addition, no person shall bring domestic pets to Graham Park at any time during the Olmsted County Fair even if confined to a leash not exceeding 6 feet long.
Pet Control. Tenant shall keep the Pet in accordance will all applicable laws and ordinances, including licensing the Pet, keeping current all applicable shots, and leashing the Pet when outdoors. Tenant shall promptly remove and properly dispose of all pet waste, and shall not curb the Pet on the shrubbery, flowers, or small trees. Tenant shall not permit the Pet to bark, howl, or otherwise emit noises in such a level, frequency. or time as to disturb others. Tenant shall not keep the Pet on the Premises if the Pet is or becomes vicious or threatening, bites or attacks any person or other pet, or otherwise is or becomes a nuisance. Tenant shall not leave the pet on the Premises unattended for any period in excess of 24 hours. Tenant shall provide proper care, food, and shelter for the Pet and not abuse the Pet in any way. No breeding of the Pet shall be permitted on the Premises.

Tenants shall not leave the pet on the Premises unattended for more than 12hours. Tenants shall provide proper care, food, and shelter for the Pet and not abuse the Pet in any way. No breeding of the Pet shall be permitted on the Premises.

Tenant(s) agrees to comply with all the applicable statutes, ordinances, restrictions, homeowner's association rules, and other enforceable regulations regarding any pet, including licensing the pet, if applicable. Tenant(s) further agrees to 1) keep pet vaccinations current, 2) to confine the pet, when outside, with a leash, or in a carrier, and 3) to promptly and properly remove any pet waste from any part of the Property. Tenant(s) shall take all reasonable action to insure that the pet(s) described herein do not violate the rights of other persons on the Property, and shall not permit the pet(s) to bark, howl, snarl, or otherwise, create any noise at such a level, frequency, or time as to disturb other Tenants. Tenant(s) shall not leave the pet(s) unattended on the Premises for any period in excess of 0 days. Tenant(s) shall provide proper care, food, and shelter for the pet(s). No breeding of the pet(s) shall be permitted on the premises.

Tenant is responsible for keeping Premises free of Pet’s feces. Rats, insects, and other pests are attracted by pet feces and food. Tenant shall promptly remove and properly dispose of all pet waste. Fines will be applied for Tenants not following proper disposal guidelines of Pet’s waste. MULTIPLE RECURRING INCIDENCES WILL RESULT IN ACTIONS LEADING UP TO AND INCLUDING REMOVAL OF THE PET FROM THE PREMISES. Condition of Premises: Tenant shall be responsible for all damages caused by the Pet to the Premises, including all repairs and replacements considered appropriate by ECPM. Tenant shall remain liable for infestation and latent pet odor (including extermination costs and Premises replacement or refinishing if necessary) for 30 days after the Pet is removed from the Premises and the required extermination and cleaning are complete, even if prior to that time the Security Deposit and the Pet Deposit have been returned to the Tenant.

Tenant shall not permit the Pet to dig in the yard, ‘fence fight’ with neighboring dogs, ▇▇▇▇ wildlife or escape the property and roam. Tenant shall not permit the Pet to bark, howl, or otherwise emit noises in such a level, frequency, or time as to disturb others. Pet shall not be ‘protection trained’ or ‘bite trained’ or encouraged to serve as a guard dog.
