Common use of Phase Two Clause in Contracts

Phase Two. Contract Years 4 and 5: Minimum 10 Work Units per Grid Area in the Contract Area, for each of Contract Years 4 and 5. The above Work Units shall be accomplished at any time prior to the end of the Initial Term.

Phase Two. Contract Years 4 3 and 54: Minimum 10 * Work Units plus 5 Work Units per Grid Area in the Contract Area, for each of Contract Years 4 3 and 5. The above Work Units shall be accomplished at any time prior to the end of the Initial Term4.
