Phasing Schedule. The phasing schedule shall be as shown on the Plan. It is recognized that this Phasing Schedule is general in nature and may be modified by notification to the Town and approved by the Town as a minor amendment to this development agreement. The Owner agrees to include the completion of the spine road from the Phase 1 boundary to Number Two Road as part of the Phase 1 improvements.
