PHOTOGRAPH RELEASE. The Member being the owner of record of the described real estate, hereby grants permission to the Home Builders Association of Fort ▇▇▇▇▇, Inc. and its agents to photograph the show house described above and consent that the Association, or so assigned, use the photographs for advertising, promotional or trade purposes. It is understood that the photograph(s) be used for their beauty and pictorial qualities and that the address will not be used.

PHOTOGRAPH RELEASE. I grant CBS permission to take photographic images, video, and sound recordings of me, and grant CBS all right, title, and interest in such images, video, and sound recordings relating to the Event, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such images, video, and sound recordings, and authorize this material to be used for publicity.
