PHOTOGRAPH USAGE AND OWNERSHIP. Unless otherwise notified and agreed with you, you agree that all pictures taken in our services may be uploaded to a web gallery unless otherwise stated and exempt us from responsibility of publishing the pictures. Photos, videos and images taken in by our services during the event may be used by us to assist with promotion of Shutterbooth. This may include printed matter as well as online usage. If you choose to have the Facebook or Twitter upload option you take responsibility for permitting all users to upload any picture to their own Facebook or Twitter page. Shutterbooth cannot be held responsible for the content of these pictures.

PHOTOGRAPH USAGE AND OWNERSHIP. 9.1 The 1988 Copyright Design & Patents Act – section 77 & 80 assigns copyright of photographs/digital images to Halo Photo Booth Co. LTD. It is contrary to the act to copy or allow to be copied photographs captured by Halo Photo Booth Co. LTD by any means. 9.2 All digital files remain the property of Halo Photo Booth Co. LTD unless copyright has been purchased by the client for personal use only. 9.3 Unless otherwise notified and agreed with you, you agree that all pictures taken in the Photo Booth may be uploaded to a web gallery unless otherwise stated and exempt us from responsibility of publishing the pictures.   • License and Ownership 1.1 Pursuant to the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement, Starfish hereby grants to Customer, and Customer hereby accepts from Starfish, a nontransferable, nonexclusive right and license to use the software (the “Solution”) identified in the Ordering Document during the Term (as defined in Section 2.1) for Customer’s own internal business purposes. 1.2 The number of the Customer’s employees and/or contractors authorized to use the Solution shall be set forth in the Ordering Document. 1.3 The Solution, including any patents, copyrights, trade secrets, procedures, techniques, data and other intellectual property rights and technology therein, and any derivatives thereof, shall be owned by Starfish, and nothing herein shall be deemed to transfer any ownership interest therein to Customer. Without the prior written consent of Starfish, Customer shall refrain from copying, reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, translating or modifying the Solution, or granting any other person or entity the right to do so. 1.4 Unless otherwise specified or provided in the Ordering Document, Customer shall be solely responsible for procuring all rights and licenses for any systems to which the Solution will connect, including, without limitation, any proprietary hardware and software systems that may be required to utilize the Solution.

  • Risk and Ownership Subject to clause C13 above, risk in the Goods shall, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of the Authority (including the Authority’s rights and remedies under clause C16 below) pass to the Authority when delivery is completed to the Authority’s reasonable satisfaction.

  • POLICY TITLE AND OWNERSHIP Title and ownership shall reside in the Bank for its use and for the use of the Insured all in accordance with this Agreement. The Bank alone may, to the extent of its interest, exercise the right to borrow or withdraw on the policy cash values. Where the Bank and the Insured (or assignee, with the consent of the Insured) mutually agree to exercise the right to increase the coverage under the subject Split Dollar policy, then, in such event, the rights, duties and benefits of the parties to such increased coverage shall continue to be subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Customer Ownership Customer retains all right, title and interest in and to all Customer Data. Customer is responsible for the acquisition, accuracy and legality of Customer Data. These Terms do not grant PROS any ownership rights to Customer Data.

  • Title and Ownership Contractor warrants and represents that it has (i) full ownership, clear title free of all liens, or (ii) the right to transfer or deliver specified license rights to any Products
