The Phrase Correction clause allows for the modification or clarification of specific wording within a contract to ensure accuracy and mutual understanding. In practice, this clause enables the parties to identify and correct typographical errors, ambiguous language, or unintended phrasing that may otherwise lead to confusion or misinterpretation. Its core function is to maintain the integrity and clarity of the agreement by providing a mechanism to promptly address and rectify language issues as they arise.
Phrase Correction. If you wish to enter a common phrase and forget how to write one of the characters, you can substitute any character instead. Select the incorrect character, and click Phrase Correction and the correct character.

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format.   • Certificate of Analysis Seller shall provide a certificate of analysis and other documents as defined in the Quality Agreement for any Product to be released hereunder, in a form in accordance with the cGMPs and all other applicable Regulatory Requirements and Product Specifications and as shall be agreed upon by the parties. For any batch that initially failed to meet any Product Specification, the certificate of analysis shall document the exception. Products that do not meet dissolution specifications at USP Stage I and II testing shall not be accepted by Buyer (and such requirement shall be included in the Product Specifications/Quality Manual).
