Common use of PHYSICAL ACCESSIBILITY Clause in Contracts

PHYSICAL ACCESSIBILITY. In accordance with the accessibility requirements of section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1973, CONTRACTOR must provide physical access, reasonable accommodations, and accessible equipment for Medi-Cal clients with physical or mental disabilities.
