Common use of Physical Architecture Clause in Contracts

Physical Architecture. s network includes, but is not limited to, End Office switches that serve IntraLATA, InterLATA, Local, and EAS traffic. CenturyTel's network architecture in any given local exchange area and/or LATA can vary markedly from another local exchange area/LATA. Charter and CenturyTel agree to Interconnect their networks through existing Interconnection facilities between Charter switch(es) and CenturyTel's End Office(s) and/or tandems.
