Physical Collocation Clause Samples

The Physical Collocation clause defines the terms under which one party is permitted to place its equipment within the physical premises of another party, typically for the purpose of interconnecting telecommunications or data services. This clause outlines the specific areas where equipment can be installed, the types of equipment allowed, and any requirements for access, security, and maintenance. By establishing clear guidelines for shared use of physical space, the clause helps prevent disputes over access rights and ensures both parties understand their responsibilities, thereby facilitating efficient and secure network interconnection.
