Common use of Physical Collocation Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Physical Collocation Interconnection. When AT&T provides its own facilities or uses the facilities of a third party to an SBC-AMERITECH Tandem or, at AT&T’s option, End Office and wishes to place its own transport terminating equipment at that location, AT&T may Interconnect using the provisions of Physical Collocation as set forth in Article XII or applicable state tariff.
