Common use of Physical Condition of Site Clause in Contracts

Physical Condition of Site. During the Contingency Period, the District shall be satisfied, in its reasonable discretion, with the physical condition of each Identified School Site, including, without limitation, the results of soil tests (including borings), toxic and hazardous waste studies, wetlands information, geotechnical studies, surveys, engineering, historical use, traffic and access studies, structural studies and review of zoning, fire, safety and other compliance matters.
