Common use of Physical Conditions Clause in Contracts

Physical Conditions. The Customer shall be fully responsible for, and shall indemnify the Company from and against any liability including any loss, costs or expenses, due to or arising from the physical ground conditions and in particular from any damage to block paving, trees, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, unsuitable or inadequate ground surface and/or sub-surface conditions, where the skip and/or rollonoff contained is to be situated.
