Common use of Physical Examination and Autopsy Clause in Contracts

Physical Examination and Autopsy. We have the right to have an Insured Person examined by a Physician approved by Us, as often as reasonably necessary while a claim is open. We may also have an autopsy done by a Physician, unless prohibited by law. Any examinations or autopsies that We require will be done at Our expense. BTA5193
