Common use of Physical Examination and Autopsy Clause in Contracts

Physical Examination and Autopsy. Insurance Company, at their own expense, shall have the right and the opportunity to examine any Member for whom a claim is made, when and so often as the Insurance Company may reasonably require during the pendency of a claim under this Policy. In the case of death of a Member, the Insurance Company will have the right and opportunity to make an autopsy where it is not prohibited by law.
