Common use of Physical Examination and Autopsy Clause in Contracts

Physical Examination and Autopsy. We have the right to have an Insured Person examined by a Physician approved by Us, as often as reasonably necessary while a claim is open. We may also have an autopsy done by a Physician, unless prohibited by law. Any examinations or autopsies that We require will be done at Our expense. The Policyholder will collect and remit to Us all premium due under this policy, subject to the grace period. Premium is adjustable. The earned premium is calculated for each reporting period based on the applicable rates and exposures.
