Common use of Pick Up Debris Clause in Contracts

Pick Up Debris. Permittee shall remove all human generated debris, such as yard and farm cuttings, broken concrete, construction waste, garbage and trash that Permittee places within, or where they may enter, the stream. Permittee shall pick up all debris and waste daily.
