Pilot Activities Clause Samples

The 'Pilot Activities' clause defines the terms and conditions under which initial trial or test activities are conducted before full-scale implementation of a project or service. It typically outlines the scope, duration, objectives, and responsibilities of each party during the pilot phase, and may specify criteria for evaluating the pilot's success. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of expectations and deliverables during the trial period, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and allowing for informed decisions about proceeding to broader deployment.
