Pilot Program. A. The 4-10 alternate work schedule shall be a six-month pilot program for employees represented by IBEW, Local 1245 in the following classifications: a. Communication Technician b. Electronic Technician (Training)* c. Electricians d. Electronic Technician (Radio Shop) * Contingent upon Treasury Department being fully staffed. B. This pilot program may be cancelled by either party in total or in a specific classification by giving a ten (10) working day written notice. If a dispute arises as the result of the implementation of this alternate work week, the parties shall meet and attempt to resolve the dispute prior to the end of the ten (10) working day period. C. If a dispute arises as the result of the implementation of this Program, the parties shall meet and attempt to resolve the dispute prior to the end of the ten (10) day period. However, nothing contained herein shall be subject to the grievance arbitration provision of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The sole exception shall be overtime. D. The Assistant to the General Manager will be the coordinator of this Alternate Work Schedule Pilot Program.
