Pilot Test Clause Samples

The Pilot Test clause establishes the terms under which a preliminary trial or evaluation of a product, service, or process will be conducted before full-scale implementation. It typically outlines the scope, duration, performance criteria, and responsibilities of each party during the test period. By setting clear expectations and measurable outcomes, this clause helps both parties assess feasibility and effectiveness, thereby reducing risk and informing decisions about proceeding with a broader rollout.
