Common use of Place and Application Clause in Contracts

Place and Application. All payments of principal, interest, fees and --------------------- all other amounts payable hereunder shall be made to the Lender at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22404 for the account of the Lender (or at such other place for the account of the Lender as the Lender may from time to time in writing specify to the Borrower) in immediately available and freely transferable funds at the place of payment. All payments shall be paid in full without setoff or counterclaim and without reduction for and free from any and all taxes, levies, duties, fees, charges, deductions, withholdings, restrictions or conditions of any nature imposed by any government or any political subdivision or taxing authority thereof.
