The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter’s Office’, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the Office of the Registrar/Additional Registrar/Sub-Registrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Promoter Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER through its their authorized signatory signatories at the PromoterPROMOTER/ DEVELOPER’s Office’, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or Owner & the PROMOTER/ DEVELOPER simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the Office office of the Registrar/Additional Registrar/concerned Sub-Registrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at KolkataJaipur Rajasthan.

The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Promoter Vendor-Cum-Developer through its authorized signatory at the PromoterVendor-Cum- Developer’s Office’, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter Vendor-Cum-Developer and the Allottee, Allottees in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee Allottees and the Promoter or Vendor-Cum-Developer simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the Office office of the Registrar/Additional Registrar/concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter’s Office’, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata Kolkata/Burdwan after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the Office office of the Registrar/Additional Registrar/Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at . Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata/Burdwan

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter’s Office’, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the Office office of the Registrar/Additional Registrar/Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at A.D.S.R. Sonarpur. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter’s 's Office’, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata agreement, after the Agreement theAgreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said thesaid Agreement shall be registered at the Office office of the Registrar/Additional Registrar/Sub-Registrar. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter’s Office’, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or Indore simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the Office office of the Registrar/Additional Registrar/Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Indore (MP). Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at KolkataIndore (MP).

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter’s Office’, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the Office of the Registrar of Assurances/District Registrar/Additional Registrar/Sub-Sub- Registrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Promoter Promoters through its authorized signatory at the PromoterCo-Owner/Developer’s Office’, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter Co-Owner/Developer and the Allottee, Allottees in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee Allottees and the Promoter or Co-Owner/Developer simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the Office office of the Registrar/Additional Registrar/concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter’s Office’, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the Allottee, in Kolkata Indore after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the Office office of the Registrar/Additional Registrar/Sub-Registrar at Indore (specify the address of the Sub- Registrar). Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at KolkataIndore.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed complete only upon its execution by the Promoter Promoters through its their respective authorized signatory signatory, who is the Vendor of the Said Unit, at the Promoter’s Promoters’ Office’, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter Promoters and the Allottee, Allottee in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously Promoters. Simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the Office office of the Registrar/Additional Registrar/concerned Sub-RegistrarRegistrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory signatory, at the Promoter’s Office’office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the AllotteeAllottee(s), in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee Allottee(s) and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution of the said Agreement shall be registered at the Office office of the Registrar/Additional Registrar/Sub-RegistrarSubRegistrar at _ ,.
