Common use of PLACE OF EXECUTION Clause in Contracts

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Developer through its authorized signatory at the Developer’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Developer and the Allottees in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottees and the Developer simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Developer Vendors through its them or their authorized signatory at the Developer’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Developer Vendors and the Allottees Allottee, in Kolkata after Kolkata. After the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottees Allottee and the Developer Vendors or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-registering authority at the office of the Registrar of Assurances at Kolkata or District Sub Registrar at KolkataAlipore, as decided by the Developer. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Developer DEVELOPER through its authorized signatory at the Developer’s Office, or at some Registered Office of the DEVELOPER and/or any other place, place which may be mutually agreed between the Developer DEVELOPER and the Allottees in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottees and the Developer simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar at KolkataAllottee. Hence this This Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Developer through its authorized signatory at the Developer’s 's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Developer and the Allottees Allottee, in Kolkata Jaipur after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottees Allottee and the Developer or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar at KolkataJaipur. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata--.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Developer and Owners through its authorized signatory at the Developer’s 's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Developer and the Allottees Allottee, in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottees Allottee and the Developer Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar at KolkataRegistrar, if so desired by Parties. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Developer through its authorized signatory at the Developer’s 's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Developer and the Allottees in Kolkata Allottee, after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottees Allottee and the Developer or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Sub Registrar/ DSR/ ADSR/Registrar at of Assurances, Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Developer through its authorized signatory at the Developer’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Developer and the Allottees Allottee, in Kolkata Durgapur, after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottees Allottee and the Developer or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar at KolkataRegistrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at KolkataDurgapur, District–Paschim Burdwan.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Developer Developer/Owner/Vendor through its authorized signatory at the Developer’s /Owner/Vendor's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Developer and the Allottees in Kolkata after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottees Allottee(s) and the Developer Developer/Owner/Vendor or simultaneously with the execution of the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Addl. Dist. Sub-Registrar at KolkataRegistrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at KolkataSiliguri, West Bengal.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Developer / Owner through its their authorized signatory at the DeveloperDeveloper ’s Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Developer and the Allottees in Kolkata Allottee, after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottees Allottee and the Developer or simultaneously with the execution of the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar at KolkataRegistrar. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

After the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottees Purchaser/Allottee and the Developer Developer/Promoter or simultaneously with the execution execution, the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Subsub-Registrar Register at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Developer through its authorized signatory at the Developer’s Officeoffice, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Developer and the Allottees in Kolkata after Allottee. After the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottees Allottee and the Developer simultaneously with or simultaneously, the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar at Kolkataand charges for the registration of the Agreement alongwith incidental expenses thereof shall be borne by the Allottee. Hence Hence, this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at KolkataIndore.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

The execution of this Agreement shall be complete completed only upon its execution by the Co-owners / Developer through its authorized signatory at the Co-owner’s/ Developer’s Office, ; or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Co-owners / Developer and the Allottees in Kolkata Allottee after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottees Allottee and the Co- owners / Developer or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar Registering Authorities at Kolkata. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.
