Common use of PLACEMENT AGENT’S INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

PLACEMENT AGENT’S INFORMATION. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that, for all purposes of this Agreement, the “Placement Agent’s Information” consists solely of the following information: the name of the Placement Agent set forth on the front cover and the information within the heading “Plan of Distribution” in the Prospectus (to the extent such statements relate to the Placement Agent), and constitutes the only information furnished by such Placement Agent as to itself to the Company for the purposes hereof
