Common use of PLACEMENT AGENT’S INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

PLACEMENT AGENT’S INFORMATION. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that, for all purposes of this Agreement, the “Placement Agents’ Information” consists solely of the following information in the Prospectus: (i) the Placement Agents’ names and titles as set forth on the front cover page; and (ii) the statements concerning the Placement Agents contained in the first paragraph concerning the terms of the Offering and in the twelfth and thirteenth paragraphs concerning stabilization by the Placement Agents, in each case under the heading “Plan of Distribution.”
