Placement Plan. Provide the AGENCY with its overall plan for the placement of students at the AGENCY at least four (4) weeks prior to the commencement of the academic term, unless both parties agree to an alternate timeframe. The overall plan shall include, at a minimum, the objectives of the academic plan, the number of students to be assigned, the dates and times of assignment, and the level of each student’s academic preparation. The UNIVERSITY will consider any modification necessary to accomplish the reasonable requirements of the AGENCY.

Placement Plan. Before a child is placed with you or within five working days of the start of the placement, a Placement Plan must be drawn up, involving carers, parents, child (as appropriate), the local authority responsible for the child and Adoption West. This will include factual information and agreements about areas of delegated responsibility. All parties are required to sign the Placement Plan.

Bird will ensure that personal mobility Motorized Scooters are not obstructing any fire hydrant, call box, other emergency facility, bus bench, utility pole or box, or pedestrian or motor vehicle traffic when they are deployed, and that ADA required paths of travel are available at all times. Bird will ensure that personal mobility Motorized Scooters shall not be placed in such a manner as to impede or interfere with the reasonable use of any commercial window display or access to or from any building. Bird will work with the Public Works Department to develop best practices for placement on City sidewalks and ROWs, and to develop a map of locations throughout the City suitable for placement, parking, and deployment. The City may veto any placement, parking, or deployment location at any time for any reason.
