Placing an Order by telephone. The Client may use telephone to send the Orders. Should the Order be transmitted by telephone, the Parties are aware that conversations are recorded by the Broker and/or the Client. The Parties expressly authorize these recordings. Any Order received by the Broker from an Authorized Trader as defined in Schedule 2 is deemed to have been placed by the Client.
