The Plagiarizing clause prohibits the unauthorized copying or use of another party's work, ideas, or content without proper attribution. In practice, this clause applies to all materials produced under the agreement, such as written reports, creative works, or software code, and requires that all sources be properly credited to avoid infringement. Its core function is to protect intellectual property rights and ensure originality, thereby reducing the risk of legal disputes and maintaining the integrity of the work produced.
