Common use of Plaintiffs and Plaintiffs Clause in Contracts

Plaintiffs and Plaintiffs. Counsel represent and warrant that Plaintiffs are members of the Settlement Class and that none of Plaintiffs’ claims or causes of action referred to in this Stipulation has been assigned, encumbered, or otherwise transferred in any manner in whole or in part.
