Plan Changes, Additional Construction, Etc Clause Samples
The "Plan Changes, Additional Construction, Etc" clause defines the procedures and requirements for making modifications to the original construction plans or for adding extra work beyond the initial scope. Typically, this clause outlines how changes must be requested, documented, and approved—often requiring written change orders or mutual agreement between the parties before any additional work is performed. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties are aware of and agree to any alterations, thereby preventing disputes over scope, cost, or responsibility during the construction process.
