Plan Document Acknowledgement. In accepting the RSUs, the Participant acknowledges that he or she has received a copy of the Plan and the Agreement, has reviewed the Plan and the Agreement (including this Addendum B), in their entirety and fully understands and accepts all provisions of the Plan and the Agreement (including this Addendum B).
