Plan Limit Sample Clauses

The Plan Limit clause sets a maximum cap on the benefits, coverage, or payments that can be provided under a specific plan, such as an insurance or employee benefit plan. In practice, this means that regardless of the number or size of claims, the plan will not pay out more than the stated limit during a defined period, such as annually or over the plan's lifetime. This clause is essential for controlling financial exposure and ensuring predictability for both the plan provider and participants.
