Common use of Planning and Construction Clause in Contracts

Planning and Construction. Landlord and Tenant shall cooperate in good faith in the planning and construction of the Initial Tenant Improvements, and Tenant shall respond promptly to any request from Landlord for Tenant's approval of any particular aspect thereof, it being agreed and understood that it is the intent and desire of the parties that the Leased Premises be ready for tender of possession to Tenant on or before May 1, 1998 (the "Estimated Tender of Possession Date").

Landlord and Tenant shall cooperate in good faith in the planning and construction of the Initial Tenant Leasehold Improvements, and Tenant shall respond promptly to any request from Landlord or Landlord’s architect or contractor for Tenant's ’s approval of any particular aspect thereof, it being agreed and understood that it is the intent and desire of the parties that the Leased Premises be ready for tender of possession to Tenant Tenant’s occupancy on or before May 1, 1998 (the "Estimated Tender of Possession Leased Premises Delivery Date").
