Planning and Engineering Fee Sample Clauses

The Planning and Engineering Fee clause defines the charges associated with the preparation, design, and technical planning required for a project. This fee typically covers services such as site surveys, drafting of plans, engineering assessments, and obtaining necessary permits. By specifying the scope and amount of these fees, the clause ensures that both parties understand the costs involved in the early stages of a project, thereby preventing disputes over unexpected expenses and clarifying financial responsibilities.
