Common use of Planning and Preparation Clause in Contracts

Planning and Preparation. After this contract is signed and before the Contractor begins supervision/reviewing, the University will: I. at the University’s sole discretion, hold preparatory meetings with the Contractor to review items such as standards, procedures, and due dates. II. provide program-specific handbook and/or guidelines that communicate relevant policies, procedures, and standards.
