Common use of Planning and programming Clause in Contracts

Planning and programming. All maintenance work shall be scheduled and a roster presented to the Service Manager at the end of the preceding service. Work shall be scheduled in a manner as not to interfere with any normal airport operations. Normal airport operational hours shall be from 05:00 to 22:00 for every day of the year. As a minimum requirement, the Contractor shall roster scheduled preventative maintenance activities. Maintenance teams will attend to scheduled preventative maintenance, non-scheduled maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
