Common use of PLANS AND PROCEDURES Clause in Contracts

PLANS AND PROCEDURES. CONTRACTOR shall monitor its program for compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall also comply with all applicable parts of COUNTY’s WIA Policies and Procedures for recruitment, intake, assessment and referral, copies of which are available from CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR. Said Policies and Procedures may be modified by CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR upon ten (10) days written notice to CONTRACTOR.
