Plans; Documents; Records. The Borrower and the Program Implementing Entity shall retain all records (contracts, orders, invoices, bills, receipts and other documents) evidencing expenditures under the Loan until two years after the Closing Date. The Borrower and the Program Implementing Entity shall enable the Bank’s representatives to examine such records.”
