a) Theemployeeshall receivetheoretical training, and must pass a written examination. The examination shall take place within working days from the start of the training. The trainee shall notify the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or training ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ when ready to challenge the test. The applicable rate change shall go into effect upon successful completion of the examination. Where the trainee has indicated the readiness but is not able to do the examination within working days, the change in pay rate, upon successfulcompletion, shall bemade retroactive to the 17th working day from start of training.
