PLATES. LESSOR will affix and LESSEE will at all times maintain on the Airframe and each Engine the identification plates containing the following legends or any other legend reasonably requested by LESSOR in writing:

PLATES. Upon Lessee's acknowledgement hereof, Lessee shall be deemed to have agreed that Lessee will, at Assignee's expense, procure that replacement fireproof plates are affixed to the Aircraft in compliance with Section 8.7(d) of the CTA at the next scheduled maintenance check of the Aircraft and Assignee agrees that no Default shall occur under the Lease due to Lessee's failure to install such replacement fireproof plates prior to such time.
PLATES. New properly sized plates (switch, hook, flat, ridged and tie) shall be used on all timbers, and shall be free of any dirt or foreign matter when being installed, plates shall be centered about the width of the timber. The plate shoulder, ridges or hooks shall be properly set so as to bear firmly against the rail, frog or other turnout assemblies as required.
PLATES. Store in leakproof plastic bags marked with the biohazard symbol. If the material is to be autoclaved, use bags designed to withstand autoclaving.

PLATES. 1. The plate and frame heat exchanger shall consist of pressed type ALLOY 304 to provide the required heat transfer area to meet the operating conditions specified. 2. Individual plates shall be pressed from a homogeneous single metal- sheet in one step. No multi-stage pressing of one sheet is allowed. 3. Each heat transfer plate to be with herringbone corrugations to optimize heat transfer with nominal pressure loses. Corrugations to be designed to provide support to adjacent plates at evenly distributed support points to allow pressurization of each circuit to a full differential of 1.3 times the design pressure for one hour without buckling or deformation of the heat transfer plates. 4. All plates and gaskets shall be permanently marked to identify quality and material. 5. Each heat transfer plate shall have a built-in self-aligning system to accurately locate the plates in the frame assembly and prevent lateral plate movement and maintain maximum gasket contact under pressure. 6. Plates shall be reinforced on the upper and lower mounting slots to avoid bending hangers on the plates. 7. The plate and frame heat exchanger shall be designed to perform the capacities and pressure drops as shown on the schedule. Plates to be ALLOY 304 with 28 finish and tapered gasket grooves. 8. The plate pack shall be covered with an aluminum shroud in accordance with OSHA.
PLATES. No freight or bulky matter of any description will be received into the Building or carried in elevators except during hours approved by the Landlord. 7. The Tenant will not place or cause to be placed any additional locks upon any doors of the Leased Premises without the approval of the Landlord and subject to any conditions imposed by the Landlord. 8. The Tenant will not permit any cooking of any food or liquids in the Leased Premises without the written consent of the Landlord. 9. Canvassing, soliciting and peddling in or about the Building are prohibited. 10. The Tenant will not place or maintain any supplies, merchandise or other articles in or otherwise obstruct any vestibule or entry of the Leased Premises, or the footwalks adjacent thereto or elsewhere on the exterior of the Leased premises or elsewhere in the Building including, without limitation elevators, hallways or stairwells. 11. The Tenant will not permit or allow any odors, vapors, steam, water, vibrations, noises or other undesirable effects to emanate from the Leased Premises or any equipment or installation therein, which in the Landlord's opinion, are objectionable or cause any interference with the safety, comfort or convenience of the Building for the Landlord or the occupants and tenants thereof or their agents, servants, invitees or employees. The Tenant will keep all mechanical apparatus free of vibration and noise which may be transmitted beyond the Leased Premises. 12. The Tenant will use only the window coverings specified by the Landlord and will not install or permit to be installed on or adjacent to the windows in the Leased Premises any other window coverings or shades of any type whatsoever whether or not visible from the outside of the Building, including, without limitation, drapes, curtains, blinds or shades. 13. The Tenant shall not receive or ship fixtures, equipment or articles of any kind whatsoever except through facilities, doors and elevators designated by the Landlord and at hours prescribed by the Landlord and under the supervision of the Landlord, its agents or employees. 14. The Tenant shall not obstruct or otherwise interfere with the heating, air-conditioning or ventilation units contained in the Building. 15. The Tenant will not permit any of its servants, invitees, employees or agents to bring upon the Building or the Leased Premises any animals or bicycles. 16.   • GLASS Coverage is provided for all loss or damages to exterior glass, lettering, ornamentation and burglar foils thereon, caused by accidental breakage of such glass.   • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Graphics Landlord shall provide and install, at Landlord’s cost, all letters or numerals on entrance doors to the Leased Premises. All such letters and numerals shall be in the Building standard graphics, and no others shall be used or permitted on the Leased Premises.
