Common use of Platform Access Clause in Contracts

Platform Access. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇ will permit you to access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any other agreement you agree to before being given access to any specific aspects of the Services. Any additional agreement is in addition to this Agreement and will govern your use of the portions of the Services to which the additional agreement applies in the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the additional agreement.
