Platform Support. The Platform can be accessed directly through the Website. Access to the Platform may become degraded or unavailable during times of significant volatility or volume. This could result in significant support response time delays. Although we strive to provide you with excellent service, we do not represent that the Platform or Services will be available without interruption. BTCS shall not be liable for any losses resulting from or arising out of delays in processing transactions, inability to execute transactions, or lack of timely response from BTCS client support, or for any other reason.
