The Platform Updates clause defines the provider's right and process to modify, enhance, or update the platform's features, functionality, or underlying technology. Typically, this clause outlines how users will be notified of significant changes, whether updates are automatic or require user action, and if any downtime or compatibility issues may arise. Platform Updates. Okoora may issue updates for the Okoora Platform, including the Okoora APIs, from time to time. Okoora shall notify the Customer of any updates that require the Customer to take steps to implement them and the Customer agrees to do so as soon as reasonably practicable after notification. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that it may not be able to use the Okoora Platform, in some cases, until the Customer has implemented required updates. If the Customer has not implemented an update within ninety (90) calendar days of Okoora releasing it, Okoora may stop providing some or all of the Services to the Customer, by giving the Customer thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice.
Platform Updates. Commencing after the second year anniversary of the Closing Date, Aduro shall provide to JBI, on the following schedule and at no charge, but subject to Section 7.2, an annual update on Aduro’s Listeria monocytogenes-based technology platform (each a “Platform Update”) consisting of the information set forth in the Platform Update Schedule. Platform Updates hereunder shall be provided on the same schedule as are Platform Updates (as defined in the 741 Agreement) under the 741 Agreement and, if appropriate, may be consolidated into single report.

  • Software Updates ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by ▇▇▇▇▇ governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts.

  • Updates “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology. OGS will notify Contractor in writing if approved.
